If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Golden Grails upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO RETURN ACCEPTED FOR ANY OF THE JEWERLY CLUB PRODUCTS.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All customized orders can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt. If an item has been worn or is not in its original condition, you will not be able to return the item.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your returned item back to Golden Grails. Please contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org and have your order number and the request for a refund or an exchange. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions. A Package without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Custom items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during the photo shoot or the monitor's display.
Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.
- Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.
Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot refund your item.
Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages shipped within the United States and Canada that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Products that are altered or damaged, including but not limited to scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you. Golden Grails does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
All shipping fees are non refundable.
Once your order is created, our number one priority is to get your items shipped out as fast as possible. With that being said, order updates and cancellations must be made within one hour of being placed.
Custom items are not eligible for cancellations because these items are made to order. As stated on the custom item products pages, custom item production takes 2-4 weeks.
